1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

If it is in stock, it generally takes 1-3 working days to ship, and if it is pre-sale, it generally takes 7-10 working days. If there is no delivery email within 7 working days, you can contact service@ivstunning.com to check the order status. If you have any questions, you can contact us through messenger, thank you for your support

The time of shipping depends on the delivery method selected at check out. We do have standard shipping, that is 5-10 business days. 

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 3-5 business days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier or email us.

4.CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
